Corporate events and Birthday parties etc..

We welcome your interest in the sport of archery, and hope that you will book us for your corporate event or birthday party. We do not however, teach or allow crossbow, or bowhunting styles.
Weekday bookings will need to be booked at least three weeks in advance, whether outdoors or indoors. To secure your booking, a deposit will be required. Please telephone 07762 919898 for more information. Weekend outdoor bookings can be made no later than one week in advance, but these will be subject to the vagaries of our weather. If the weather deteriorates nearer to the time booked, we will try to secure indoor facilities, but no guarantee can be given of success.
A sports hall if required, is subject to availability at the booking time. Indoor facilities will have to be booked and paid for in advance. Once booked and paid for, the owners of the sports halls will NOT give refunds for any reason.
Ages. We can teach a whole range of people from the age of seven years and above (Enhanced Disclosures are held), but in keeping with current codes of practice, we expect parents or guardians to remain with their children (under sixteen years of age) until the lesson ends. See Birthdays.
Fees. There are additional fees to pay if we shoot indoors in a hall. These are the charges levied upon us by the owners, and we pass these on. They are currently priced at £35 per hour, and this will be charged in advance in addition to our regular charges if the circumstances dictate (ie. adverse weather conditions). We reserve the right to refuse permission for anyone to shoot. Our decision will be final.
If you want to hold your event at any other location, this will be subject to a prior inspection, and a fee will be payable to offset costs if a long distance. This fee will be deducted from the final charge if the location is suitable and a booking is confirmed and goes ahead. No changes to the location will be acceptable without another inspection and an appropriate fee paid. If the location is unsuitable, you will be offered the opportunity of using one of our facilities, provided the time required, or which can be negotiated, is available. If this offer is accepted, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking.
In the event of cancellation; if adequate notice of such cancellation is not received (a minimum of one week), we reserve the right to invoice for the balance in full.
